Michelle Hoskin, Founder and CEO of Standards International, also known as Little Miss WOWW!®, is well known for her endless enthusiasm and energy, infectious personality, and unique outlook on what she describes as a ’magical profession’.

With 25 years’ experience working alongside some of the world’s most successful financial services organisations, Michelle is an internationally recognised author, speaker and coach. She is also a leading expert in the design and implementation of international framework-based best practice standards. In 2022, she was awarded the ‘Outstanding contribution of the year’ with Money Marketing, noting her dedication to the sector.

Michelle is pioneering a drive towards increased professionalism and operational excellence through her continued work at Standards International – the UK’s leading training, consultancy and certification body for British, international and sector-specific financial services standards – of which she is the founder.

Chris Beckett - Head of Equity Research, Quilter Cheviot
 

Chris is head of research at Quilter Cheviot with particular responsibility for the equity research team. He currently has analytical responsibility for the beverages, food, tobacco and retail industries.

Before joining the company in 2008 Chris was an equity analyst at United Assurance and a fund manager at CCLA Investment Management and Guardian Royal Exchange. He has experience of managing investment portfolios for charities and pension funds.
Daragh Murphy Business Development Manager – Dublin
 

Daragh is responsible for the promotion and sale of Quilter Cheviot Investment Management Services to Intermediaries, Advisers and Charities in Ireland. In a world that is rapidly changing, his primary role is to demonstrate the benefits of working with us to this audience and help them measure the advantages in terms of outcomes for their clients. Daragh works to ensure that the highest level of service is provided to our clients leading to a strong and growing business network.

Daragh joined Quilter Cheviot in 2010. He has over 23 years’ experience in Investment Management and Wealth Management business development roles. He has worked for over fourteen years building commercial relationships with intermediaries, professional advisers and Financial Brokers.
